Here’s a handy utility to access subscription websites from outside the Law School network via The Maloney Library’s proxy server.
If the Maloney Library has a subscription to the resource you are trying to access, this utility should work.
This utility WILL NOT WORK with resources to which we are not subscribed.
PC/Mac Installation
Enable your browser’s bookmarks toolbar, then click and drag this button up to it:
How to Use
- Go to the webpage you want to access
- Click the bookmark to reload the page thru the Maloney Library’s proxy server.
- Sign in when prompted, and if we subscribe to the resource, you should be able to use the website as if you were on the Law School network.
Smartphone – Example: Chrome browser
- Create the bookmark
- Visit this webpage
- Tap the 3 dots (Options) icon
- Tap the STAR icon
- Edit the bookmark
- Copy this entire line of text:

- Tap BOOKMARKS
- Tap MOBILE BOOKMARKS
- Next to Maloney Proxify, tap the 3 dots (Options) icon then tap Edit
- Delete all the text in the URL field
- Paste the copied text above into the URL field
- Tap Done
- Exit Bookmarks
